ShellPilot is an AI-powered terminal assistant that converts natural language into shell commands. The service includes a CLI tool, web interface, and API for integration with other applications.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ShellPilot to:

• Generate commands intended to harm systems or data
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware or malicious code

5. Intellectual Property

ShellPilot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShellPilot, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShellPilot provides AI-generated commands as suggestions. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding commands before execution. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of generated commands.

7. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
